Three Day Setup Review
Let one of our certified and US based consultants perform a complete investigation of your system including all setups and postings. This process will occur in three distinct phases.
- Conduct a review of your system setup and reports. This will allow us to understand how the system is behaving.
- Work with your team to understand how you would like the system to behave. This will be with members of both the production team and finance team. We will need to understand how and when inventory should be moved through the various statuses as well as how and when the general ledger balances should be updated.
- After we have an understanding of how the system is behaving and how you would like it to behave, we can give recommendations on changes that should be made to the system setup to ensure appropriate behavior. This last step will include creating full documentation on your current processes and any recommendations we have proposed.
We recommend at least 1.5 days of this be on-site to allow our team to see your facilities and meet your people face-to-face. The documentation and system review can be done off-site.
